Workout 1 - Video 2 - Upper Body

Avocado chocolate cookies

1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup chopped Lindt 70% dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix all ingredients in a blender.  Lastly stir in the chopped Lindt chocolate.
Place spoon fulls of dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.  Flatten the dough into a cookie form.
Bake 10-12 min.
Enjoy!
P.S.  Keep in mind, they are calorie dense.  Keep them as an occasional treat and keep portion control in mind 😉

Workout 1 - Video 2 - Upper Body

Pancakes

3 eggs
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan and bake big spoonfuls of the batter to form flapjacks (about 3 or 4 at a time depending on the size of your pan). Serve with some plain greek yogurt, a dash of honey and fresh fruit.  Enjoy!
