Today’s arm and shoulder workout 💪🏻
 
Pair two exercises together (as below) and complete 3 sets of both those exercises before moving on to the next two exercises (superset). Rest as little as possible during each superset, with more rest between supersets. Enjoy enjoy!
 
A1. Hammer curl to bent arm lateral raises x 10-12
A2. Dumbbells french press x 10-12
 
B1. Front raise to car driver x 8-10 (can be done with a dumbbell also)
B2. Tricep dips x 10-12
 
C1. Zottman curl x 10-12
C2. Bent over fly x 10-12
