A little HIIT session to torch calories 🔥🙌🏻
1. Mountain climbers (keep your weight over your hands and core engaged)
2. Side plank L (modification in video)
3. Bear crawl toe taps (keep a 90 degree bend in your legs and stay low / core engaged)
4. Side plank R
5. In out squat jumps
6. Dead bugs (slow and controlled making sure not to arch your lower back)
30sec work / 10sec rest
3-5 rounds
