Workout 1 - Video 2 - Upper Body

Another fun workout by my mentor Nad’a Kostovalova 🙂

A1.  Wall sit & TRX Rip row (overhand grip) (you can also use resistance bands) – repeat until max wall sit time
A2.  Inverted row (underhand grip) & oblique crunches (with or without pilates ring) x 12-15 reps

Keep alternating exercises until each person completed 4 wall sits.

B1.  Broad jump + bench jump x 10-12 reps
B2.  Bent over row (dumbbells or barbell) x 12-15 reps

Alternate and complete 4 times through.
