Workout 1 - Video 2 - Upper Body

Legs and cardio workout


Set your timer for 40 sec work 20 sec rest (4-5 rounds)

  1. High knees
  2. Lunge pass through (doesn’t have to be a dumbbell)
  3. Single leg deadlift hops L (balancing leg has a soft knee, but should bend too much)
  4. Single leg deadlift hops R
  5. Wall sit (make sure your legs are at a 90 degree angle)
  6. Lying hamstring walkouts
