A1. Lateral step up with push off x 15 reps each leg
A2. Exercise ball oblique twists x 16-20 twists

B1. Modified burpee variation x 12-16 jumps
B2. Exercise ball hamstring curl with pullover x 8-12 reps
_
C1. Equalizer inverted row x 12 reps
C2. Single leg jump with press X 12-15 reps each leg
_
3 sets of each exercise

You can easily turn this into a quick workout if you set a timer instead of counting reps.

HIIT

 

A little HIIT session to torch calories 🔥🙌🏻
1. Mountain climbers (keep your weight over your hands and core engaged)
2. Side plank L (modification in video)
3. Bear crawl toe taps (keep a 90 degree bend in your legs and stay low / core engaged)
4. Side plank R
5. In out squat jumps
6. Dead bugs (slow and controlled making sure not to arch your lower back)
30sec work / 10sec rest
3-5 rounds
