Group/team Training

Trainings are 60 minutes total duration, and include warm-up, workout and cool down personalized according to your goals.

 

Group Classes:

HIIT – Minimum 4 people

  • 45 min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 100 Kč per person

Diet & Lifestyle Assistance (Macronutrient/Calorie Requirements):

The monthly Diet & Lifestyle package include:

  • Your personalized calorie requirements (adjusting as we go along)
  • Macronutrient breakdown for your calories, based on your personal goals (x grams protein, x grams fat, x grams carbohydrates)

I will provide you with a menu example to start with and teach you how to track your calories accurately via an app.

The monthly package also includes advice on how to stay within your calorie range, unlimited online support and a monthly physical check in to measure, weigh and take progress pictures in order to track progress accurately.

Personalised Home Training Plan:

According to the equipment you have available – 1000 Kč
The plan includes clear instructions on how to perform each exercise (pictures & video tutorials) and a weight/repetition tracking sheet.
*I advise to change your workout plan every 4-8 weeks
